HERE’S HOW IT WORKS
PHASE 01
Business Assessment
We do a deep-dive discovery where we ask a lot of questions to get a sense of where you are right now, where you want to be, and how we’re going to get you there. We prefer to start with a half-day or full-day workshop when possible to do in-person. However, we are able to break out virtual workshops too. We’ll dive into current challenges and uncertainties so we develop a clear roadmap to your goals.
PHASE 02
Radical Simplification
Then, we take a good look at 3 key elements of your business – your proposition, your process, and your product. Get these absolutely nailed and everything else falls into place. This is where we do the deep work to ensure that every area of your business is working as effectively and efficiently as it can be. This can be a full-day workshop, one-month program, up to a six-month program, depending on your business/project.
PHASE 03
Support & Accountability
We also take you, the founder, through a powerful process that will help you get your head where it needs to be for success. All the demons come out to play when you start to level up – we’ll give you the tools you need to manage them. We can continue to support you and your business/project as needed.

Depending on the needs, this could be a full-day workshop, one-month program, six-month program, or a custom option designed specifically for you and your needs. We will decide if we are a good fit and what program will work best in the initial discovery call.

This depends on your exact needs and the goals we are working to achieve together. We generally recommend a month up to 6 months for optimal results due to the time it takes to build rapport, do the deep work, and course correct along the way as we uncover what you really want and how to get there. We offer half/full-day workshops for people who have more urgency. We also offer one-month and six-month programs, and can create a custom program depending on your specific needs.

Yes, We do all of the work which means when you hire Ärtful, you will work directly with Gabe Ratliff, and any key collaborators specifically chosen for your needs. For example, one of our key collaborators is a badass marketing consultant who can help you with your marketing analytics needs.
